Hey Kristin! Take care of your body and of course we will do this again ! Even if you can't be active right now you should come by and lay out with the group. Half of the girls lay out and half surf. It's all goooooood

Kristin, yes they have. I have not not yet had another u/s, but my cycles have improved immensely and I don't feel like I have pressure on my bladder all of the time. Taking the iodine supplements has made the biggest difference along with getting rid of estrogenic foods and personal care products. I feel loads better all around. Good luck! You can do it too. There is information on the internet if you search for "iodine and fibroids".
