Read you need assistant organizers in the LA/SF Valley area. I live in Burbank and know for a fact of two places which could become so to speak homes for such meetings (and have current relations with management from the past events). The two places are either The Sportsmans Lodge in Studio City, or Embassy Suites in Glendale. Both have areas to host large or small groups and have full services with staff ready to accommadate. Venues can be attained for a small fee or arrangements. Bill
