I want to acquire packages of single family houses in good condition in certain desirable areas in Ohio where I used to live and invest. Returns are in the teens and twenties. I am looking for investors with 100K increments or more. I will outsource and oversee trusted management and add value. I still buy properties by myself, but I have been asked many times from people that would like to invest but don't have the full amount. So I decided to start a group where people can pool together and either limit their exposures or have the opportunity to be the game. Hope to see you at our meeting.
