Are you or can you connect me to a Senior Flex Developer?

 

We are looking for a LA LOCAL Senior Level Flex Developer to possibly lead the development on a social networking site.
The scope is about the size of FaceBook minus all the bells and whistles, apps, and API. 

Understanding of Design Patterns is a must.
To start we need to audit and make some quick fixes to what we have so far.

We also have a number of other projects in AS3.
Knowledge of PaperVision would be a plus.
